Harry Shearer

Show Summary

Harry Shearer videos are original videos from the multi-talented comedian known for his radio show, Le Show, his voice work on The Simpsons, and his role as bassist Derek Smalls in the heavy-metal spoof Spinal Tap. Now with his own channel, Harry Shearer presents quick clips showcasing his one-of-a-kind brand of humor. In his silent debate series, all the dialogue is removed from national debates to show what the candidates are saying with just their expressions. In his Found Objects series, he tracks down funny and enlightening videos from around the web that offer a new perspective on public figures. Harry Shearer got his start in show business as a child actor, appearing in a 1953 Abbott and Costello movie. As an adult comedian, he became a television writer, a member of Saturday Night Live, a movie star, and a columnist for Slate and Newsweek. He's released several comedy albums and three books. Now, Harry Shearer turns his blazing creativity towards a new medium streaming video on the internet.
