Show Summary

Jane Fonda: Fit With Fonda consists of two recently released workout routines from one of the best known exercise instructors of all time, Jane Fonda. Fonda is in her 70's now and this workout is designed to help older exercisers get or stay in shape. The first part of the program, called "Jane Fonda: Prime Time - Fit & Strong", offers viewers a low-impact workout that can be performed either seated or standing. It includes stretches, the use of light weights and gentle exercises designed to target nearly every muscle group. The second part, entitled "Jane Fonda: Prime Time - Walkout", includes simple and easy-to-follow walking exercises, designed to burn calories and tone the body. Both workouts are suitable for people of all ages, but are especially created for those who are new to exercising, overweight or suffering from arthritis or injuries. Fonda offers support and encouragement, as well as advice about staying active to help age more successfully.
