Jillian Michael’s Mini Workouts is an exercise television series on Hulu. Jillian Michaels is a celebrity trainer with the ripped body to prove that her workouts really work. Do not be fooled by the ‘mini’ in the title—while these workouts may not take up a lot of time, they are not as easy as the sound. In fact, they are quite challenging. From the 2 minute and 33 second ‘Butt Of Course’ glute workout to the 3 minute and 11 second ‘Core Power’ upper body workout, Jillian’s workouts are challenging, but compact. Best of all, they can all be done at home! So if you do not have time to hit the gym, but are starting to notice all that late-night pizza in the way your favorite jeans fit, switch on your computer and visit Hulu for a quick tone-up. Jillian Michael’s Mini Workouts are great for getting rid of the popular excuses of not having time to work out or not having a gym to work out in.
