In 2005, Chef Jim was awarded the American Culinary Federation's Montana Chef of the Year. In each two-minute episode, Chef Jim presents complex recipes in a simple way so you can make them at home. Recipes include Taco Soup, Chicken Francaise, Shrimp Over Israeli Couscous and Salpicon which is a Mexican shredded steak salad.
