Leviticus with Joseph Steinberg

Show Summary

Leviticus with Joseph Steinberg is a set of ten 15 minute lectures about the Biblical Old Testament book of Leviticus and what it means to Christians today. A book full of confusing ceremony and bizarre rules, Leviticus is often either overlooked or misunderstood by Christians of the modern world. Steinberg, a member of the "Jews for Jesus" movement, guides viewers along throughout a reading of the New International Version translation of the ancient scripture. He explains how the work of the Jewish Levites was a foreshadowing of the work of Jesus Christ, the heavenly high priest. This is the third set in the "Book by Book Old Testament" collection produced by Vision Video, and it is co-hosted by Pastor Richard Bewes and Theologian Paul Blackham. Anyone with an interest in the Old Testament or ancient Judaism will find what they are looking for in Leviticus with Joseph Steinberg. Total runtime is an hour and a half.
