Kellogg’s has agreed to pay a whopping $4 million to settle a lawsuit over deceptive marketing. “Good Morning America” reports in 2008, the company ran ads that claimed Frosted Mini-Wheats could improves a child’s attentiveness by up to 20%. The Federal Trade Commission said this was deceptive, and that children averaged just under 11% better attentiveness after eating the cereal. Kellogg’s has denied any wrongdoing, but has agreed to the $4M.moreless
