CBS This Morning” says a new study found eating 2 large meals a day may lead to more weight loss than eating 6 small meals a day recommended by nutritionists. Daily Mail says the study followed 54 people with Type 2 diabetes for three months. Bloomberg says eating earlier in the day, such as breakfast and lunch, is more beneficial to weight loss than skipping breakfast is.
