EDIT
Study: Women Working Night Shifts More Likely to Develop Cancer
AIRED:
HLN looks at a new study out of Canada that found women who work night shifts may have double the risk of developing breast cancer. The study looked at over 1,000 women with the disease, ? of which worked at night. “Fox & Friends” says researchers think increased light exposure during night shifts suppresses the production of melatonin, possibly leading to cancer, diabetes, depression or heart disease. KAIT says type of job also comes into play with the medical field being at the highest risk.moreless
