Fox & Friends” says Ronald Kelly, a Texas army veteran, was denied the right to own a gun because of a high school drug arrest. KHOU says Kelly was charged in 1971 for the illegal possession of marijuana when he was 17. The Houston Chronicle says the law states a person can be denied the right to own a gun if they are convicted of a misdemeanor with a possible penalty of more than two years in jail. Kelly plans to keep fighting the rejection.moreless
