About 28 minutes into the movie, after the big storm at sea, when the big cat Cham approaches Hikaru, there are several brief shots that show Lee standing next to Kakashi and not wearing his leg-weights or leg-warmers. About a minute and a half later in the same scene -- when Lee hasn't moved a bit -- you can see him again standing in the same spot, but this time with his leg-warmers in place.
Karenbana: I'll have you know, I'm 22!
Sakura: That old?!
Hikaru: I'm not... I'm not just a waste of space!
Naruto: I don't care if it causes an international incident, it'll be worth it! It's time somebody taught you a lesson! (Bops Hikaru on the Head) You can't always get what you want.
Sakura: (Running up to Naruto) Naruto! Did you just do what I think you did?!
(Sakura punches Naruto off the docks and into the ocean)
Naruto: (Shouting angrily to Hikaru) Don't thank me, I only saved your life is all!
Sakura: Amazing, the guy bought the entire circus.
Naruto: Yeah, that's rich.
Naruto: Man, it's hot.
Sakura: Shut up, Naruto!
Sakura: Sensei, are you okay?
Kakashi: It's no good. I might be out of it for two weeks.
Sakura: All right! So until you recover, we can have all the vacation we want, right?
