    NFL - National Football League
Team Highlights is the National Football League's annual look back at each of their team's seasons as covered by the award winning team at NFL Films. Team Highlights covers the exhilarating wins, the heart-breaking losses and the dramatic storylines that defined each team's year. NFL Films has been covering professional football since 1962 when it won a bid to film that year's championship game. Impressed with founder Ed Sabol's coverage, the NFL bought the company in 1964 and is today considered by many to be the best public relations machine in sports history. Originally narrated by the late John Facenda, dubbed "The Voice of God", more recent Team Highlights videos have been voiced by Harry Callas and Scott Graham. The balletic camera work; sweeping, pounding orchestral scores and slow motion, spiraling passes are trademarks of the Emmy-winning NFL Films style. Team Highlights covers, as well as complements, the epic battles of America's most popular sport.moreless

What exactly is Double Espresso? This is a Web Series that "caffeinates" contemporary buzzwords and phrases with a blend of word play, philosophical nonsense and politically indirect half-sense in the form of mini-sodes or espressodes (as we call them). Our mission is not to create another banal and sterile "made for television" web series. We're aiming dangerously higher, demystifying the mass media's mixed messages, satirizing corporate doublespeak, poking holes in political hyperbole and unraveling the common and uncommon usage of every day language. Double Espresso is the creation of Michael Arturo, a New York born theater professional, who has more than two decades of credits as a playwright, screenwriter, actor, photographer, videographer, producer and now a web series creator. Manuel Bermudez, a graduate of USC film, a filmmaker, actor and stand-up comic, is featured along with Arturo. With Bermudez's stand up comedic talent and Arturo's background in theater, the espressodes are animated in the style of "Curb Your Enthusiasm," Steven Colbert, Woody Allen and the Theater of the Absurd. Together, the intellectual wise cracking duo debate and dissect topics that range from the recession to corporatism to identity politics to meaning of being 'Found Dead'. Produced by Norma Vega, Double Espresso marks her debut as a producer and segment director. And filmmaker/director Mark Coger rounds out the company.moreless

Border Patrol is a Comedy Central web series which was created, written, and produced by Josh Greenbaum and Ben McMillan. It focuses on the antics of three friends as they create a mock documentary about their voluntary pursuit of controlling the U.S. border. The actors, David Rogers, Tom Lenk, and Michael Trotter endure the heat of the California desert as they "diligently" monitor the US-Mexico border for suspected illegal aliens. "Weekend 47: Oasis," the first installment, portrays the friends trying to lure Mexicans to the border with things like nachos and mariachi music after not having seen an attempted border crossing after 47 weekends. Other episodes feature the guys in their ever-present lawn chairs planning out schemes like a great fence, a floatable chair, and their illegal alien tackling tactics. The pilot episode was originally posted independently on the internet, but was so well received that Comedy Central picked it up and ordered more episodes for a series on its website.moreless
