Pitchfork 3D

Show Summary

Pitchfork 3D is the live performance series from Pitchfork TV that brings your favorite indie acts to your computer screen in 3D. Pitchfork Media was created by Ryan Schrieber in 1995 as a daily internet publication about underground and independent music. Pitchfork has since provided music criticism, commentary, news, and artist interviews from genres like electronic, pop, hip hop, dance, folk, metal, experimental and especially indie rock. Pitchfork has become the source for the best new music from the indie scene, and has helped break artists like Arcade Fire, Broken Social Scene, and Modest Mouse. In 2008, they laughed their own video website, Pitchfork.tv. Pitchfork TV provides video content on the artists Pitchfork covers, with music videos, live performances and original shows. Now they are upping the ante once again with Pitchfork 3D. Pitchfork is bringing you acts playing in a glorious three-dimensional experience where live performances are mixed with eye-popping imagery and effects. The series kicks off with Deerhunter, and many more indie favorites are slated for the future.
