Embassies Reopen in Egypt and Libya
AIRED:
There is little sign of activity outside U.S. embassy in Cairo as it reopened Sunday after a week-long closure due to security concerns. The mission in the Egyptian capital was among 19 embassies and consulates across the Middle East and Africa that were shut for days as a precaution after a terrorist threat that U.S. lawmakers said was the most serious in years. The U.S. embassy in Libya was also reopened Sunday, along with Jordan, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.moreless
