Latvians Race Milk Carton Boats
AIRED:
Once upon a time Latvians were mighty seafarers, with overseas colonies stretching as far as Tobago and Gambia. Centuries later Latvians still have an inner seafarer spirit, that now manifests in unusual ways, such as the annual Milk Carton Boat Race.
