The Secret Life of Scientists & Engineers from PBS is a fascinating and engaging look into the lives and minds of today's top scientists and engineers. It is a regular Who's Who of technical geniuses. Dr. Michio Kaku is just one of many who share their secret life with the viewer. The shows all feature two segments: 10 Questions and 30 Second Science. Each scientist answers 10 questions, and later in the show each one gives a 30 second breakdown of what their career in science is really all about. Of course, there is also the secret. Each scientist has a unique hidden talent from being a figure skater, glider pilot, to being an elephant band conductor. Laura Willcox, the associate producer, of the series gets hands on instruction from each one of the scientists. This series is about science and engineering but they go about it in a way that is both fun and entertaining.
