The Biggest Loser: Cardio Weight Loss and Power Walk

Show Summary

The Biggest Loser: Cardio Weight Loss and Power Walk is actually two separate videos; The Biggest Loser Power Walk and The Biggest Loser Cardio Weight Loss. Both are exercise videos lead by exercise guru and co-host of The Biggest Loser, Bob Harper. In Cardio Weight Loss, Bob Harper is helped by former show contestants Tara Costa and Sione Fa. The workouts last about 10 minutes and are designed to provide a workout for everyone, regardless of their fitness level. There are also warm-up and cool-down sessions provided for each workout. On the Power Walk video, there are four workouts, each about 15 minutes long plus a cool-down at the end. Each workout on Power Walk is tailored to individuals with different fitness levels, with a goal of providing a good workout for everyone. Included with the video for Power Walk is an interactive program that allows you to build a workout itinerary over several weeks to help you keep with the exercise program. There is also a extra segment that includes trailers for The Biggest Loser.
