The Biggest Loser: Jump-Start and Last Chance is a reality TV series on NBC that features real people struggling with obesity. Lose as much as 30 pounds and three inches in 30 days with daily 10 minute workouts. Watch as real people are teamed with trainers, Jillian Michaels and Bob Harber, to help with their weight loss goal, providing challenging daily workout routines and strict diet plans. Watch as they pour out sweat and tears each day in hopes to gain back control of their lives. The goal is to lose as much weight as possible with strenuous, hardcore exercise and healthy diet plans. Can these people do it and will they make it to their ultimate goal? Watch as these people fight for their lives giving everything they have.
