This video is 2 days, Monday i joined Justin and his army of amazing Fish people at Aquatic Boot camp for the PT test. This was my first day and i didnt bring all the gear i needed for outside so i skipped the outdoor portion monday..but i could tell i was in for something...the pool portion was tough but justin promised a harder day "the Diver challenge" on Wednesday. So i told him i'd check it out... Wednesday.. Let me tell you something.. this was a beat down! in a good way but it will test you no matter your swimming ability. I had a blast pushing thru the different challenges and trying to get it all done in the allowed time. Let me show you his list of thing you had to do.... 7 sideline to sideline sprints lunges sideline to sideline sprint back 50 pushups 20 4 count body builders (burpees kinda) 25 Alligators fully clothed! 300 yard freestyle swim 20 Squats 20 diamond pushups 10 8 count body builders 300 yard back swim fins 50 yard freestyle fins 20 8 count bodybuilders flutter kicks for 1 minute sit n tucks for 45 secs 50 yard underwater weight walk 1 minute treading water with brick 1 50 yard under over swim with brick 50 yards 40 8 count body buildersmoreless
