The amazing rice terraces of Yunnan Province are a sight to behold. But beyond the majestic beauty is a 1300 year old system of rice farming that works in sync with nature. We spent a few days with Mr. Lu to discover why this ancient system works so well, and the rice tastes so good. • The Farmer and The Bluefin

When we decided to make a video about farmed Bluefin tuna, it was with trepidation. This is not the perfect fish, it could harldy be considered sustainable (they ear a lot of other fish). But it's a step in the direction of killing the last of the wild Bluefin tuna. This fishery is the only place in the world that spawns Bluefin, so instead of taking away from the world resources, its adding to it. Watch the video, make your own decision, but know that it is delicious.
