Episode Summary

Vince Neil and your New Music Countdown returns for the last week of May. (I think it's the last week.) 5. It's been a full four years since those Brits in Hard-Fi have released an album. But 2011 marks the year that their new one, Killer Sounds, hits our headphones. This week they released the video for "Good For Nothing," the first single off the album. 4. A few weeks ago Best Coast covered those crazy pop punchers in Blink-182 and this week she is continuing the jukebox series with a version of the country classic "The End of the World." Check it out on her Twitter. 3. Hard rock and rollers Black Tide just announced the release of their sophomore album Post Mortem. It won't be out until August 23rd but I'm sure we'll be hearing some singles off the album much sooner then that. 2. Our feel-good story of the week comes courtesy of Weezer. Guitarist Brian Bell performed a special show for the student at a Los Angeles special needs school. The kids were treated to an original song by Brian, and a cover of the classic Happy Birthday. Way to go man. 1. Who likes Foster The People? Seems like everyone these days, and their debut album is just being released! Pick up Torches by the Pumped Up Kicks rave rockers this week. Check it all out onmoreless
