The authorities question Sullivan and Celia, while Shane continues to ask Nancy about Pittsburgh. As Andy deals at the evacuation center, Silas realizes the truth about Tara.

Doug Wilson is seen singing and playing the banjo in the rec center. Kevin Nealon needed no training for this, as he has played the banjo since the age of 18.

This episode had several usages of the "Little Boxes" theme and references. As the closing scene, in part with the plot of the fires, all the shots from the opening credits were shown engulfed with flames and looming reflections.
