Tino's Dad is coming to spend the weekend, though to Tino's dismay, his father is planning the trip through visiting some of his old friends, since he doesn't think he's enough to keep Tino interested by himself. Meanwhile, Lor, Carver and Tish are trying to get enough money to go so a comedian's show. Will Tino be able to enjoy his time with his father and will the rest of the group be able to go see the show, or will all of their plans end in failure?

Lor's brother Kirk goes out with Carver's sister Penny, and Lor and Carver are having problems dealing with it. Will Carver and Lor be able to resolve the problem in a manner that doesn't ruin their sibling's weekend, or will they even handle the crisis in an appropriate manner?
It's laundry day at the MacQuarrie household, and it's Lor's turn to do the laundry. However, since her family is so large it would take her an entire weekend in order to get the laundry done. She tries to formulate a plan in order to do the job without waisting her weekend, but will she be able to get her plan to work?
Carver is picked to be a DJ for the schools Radio station but doesn't prepare any music and blows it and so refuses to try it again.
After being placed at the kids table Tish wants to be considered more mature and wants to change the rest of the gang as well.
After Tish gets a B on her test, many people begin to think she isn't as smart as they once made her out to be. After she continuously gets pestered, she eventually gets choosen a new personality since her prior personality of being smart was in doubt. Will Tish be able to live with her new persona or will she find a method to just keep being her old self?
Lor fractures her kneecap after playing basketball and she needs to get laser surgery for it come Sunday. She goes totally paranoid about the surgery, describing it as a kind of death sentence! Therefore, she writes a will bequeathing all her items to her loved ones, but is she just over exaggerating the scenario, and did she even write her will in a manner that will make her loved ones happy?
The guys are stoked about the coming weekend. There's a dinosaur exhibit in the science museum, a new video game at Funville, and on Sunday, everything costs a nickel at Tesla Park. Unfortunately, a case of bad luck haunts the gang and various bad things occur to each of them, but will they still be capable of enjoying the events they had planned?
Tino's mom gets a visit from her old friend named Adelle Fibs. When Tino finds out that they split up because they were "too different" and "something awful" happened, he tells his own friends. Tish talks about something similar that happened between her and Frances. They decide to split up before something happens and look for friends more like themselves. Unfortunately, none of the people they go to work out with them. Tino then tells them what happened was Adelle moved to Ohio, and they decide to become friends again because they like being different.
Pru, a popular girl, becomes friends with the gang to get back at her other popular friends for not getting her a Flag Day present, but will the gang enjoy her company or will they find out that there is more to friendship than popularity?
The gang has won a chance to win $10,000, if Lor can sink three baskets at the school gym on Sunday. The others are psyched and this causes Lor to be extremely nervous, but will she be capable of making the three shots despite the intense pressure?

However, his friends have decided not to go trick or treating this year, so Tino decides to try to force them to go with him. Lor and Tish try out for the annual talent show, though they usually end up embarrassing themselves in their performance. Lor is forced into it by a teacher to help her "people skills", though it is Tish who really wants to get into the show. Unfortunately, Lor passes the audition and Tish doesn't. Tish gets jealous and refuses to help Lor. Will Lor be able to do a good job in the talent show without her friend's support?
Tino's cousin Philip is coming over for the weekend, though Tino remembers the last time that he came, in which he proved to be a total nerd. Tino figures he'll have to miss the new movie that he wants to go see, entitled "Chum Bukkit: The Movie", because he has to stay with his cousin and he doesn't believe his cousin will want to watch the movie. Tino completely disregards Phillip as he tries to get through the weekend, but will Tino be able to go see the movie despite his annoying cousin?
Tish wants to be alone for the weekend, but despite her friends asking, she ignores them. While her friends ask around to see what's up with her, they decide to speak with her mother, in which she says she is with "Cows and Duck". Can Lor, Carver and Tino figure out where Tish is and what "Cows and Duck" means before the weekend is waisted?
Nobody wants to tell Tish her new haricut is terrible! What follows next is a set of classic comedy skits planned to keep the other kids from seeing Tish. Tino and the others also try to tell Tish they hate the cut, but they're too chicken to say it to her face, so they keep screwing it up. At the end, Ruby and Percy compliment her and the other kids copy her cut the next day. Tish decides to drop it, and everything's back to normal- only she never finds out that they hated it to begin with.
