Born on April 10 1954, Bill Moody interest in wrestling since he was a five years old kid. He entered a Catholic Elementary School and graduating from McGill Institute in 1972, enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. And the last one While he was serving in the Air Force, he worked part time for Mobile's Buddy's Ambulance Service, becoming an Emergency Medical Technician. Frequent visits to local Funeral Homes sparked his interest in Mortuary Science and work as licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer.

Honorably discharged from the Air Force in 1976, he immediately went to work as a licensed apprentice Funeral Director/Embalmer at a Mortuary. At the same time, he attended night classes at The University Of South Alabama and wrestled. He received a Degree in Mortuary Science, and his Funeral Director/Embalmer's Certification from San Antonio College at 1979. Named 1998 Manager Of The Year by Pro Wrestling Illustrated magazine.

1.William Alvin Moody had made his debut as Paul Bearer and managing the Undertaker at 1990. The call to The World Wrestling Federation came on December 22, 1990.
2.Paul Bearer had guided some superstars to hold WWE Championship belts between 1990 and 1999. The wrestlers he ever managed was Undertaker a.k.a Mark Callaway, Vader a.k.a Leon White, Mankind a.k.a Mick Foley, and Kane a.k.a Glenn Jacobs.
3.August 31, 1999, the Paul Bearer character was injured in Worcester.
4.January 29, 2001- Paul Bearer was called back into service as a backstage agent and stage manager.
5.October 14, 2002,12 midnight- The character known as Paul Bearer was pronounced dead. William Alvin Moody retired from WWE without any renewal contract.
He have his lovely wife Dianna Lynn and two sons: Michael Moody and Daniel Joseph Moody. He was known as one of "The Manager Of Champions". A big country music fan, specially Country Legend George Jones and his band.
