William was nominated, along with his Boston Legal castmates, for a 2008 SAG Award in the category of Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. (edit) On December 13, 2007, William Shatner was nominated for a Golden Globe Award in the "Actor In A Supporting Role - Series, Mini-Series Or Television Movie" category for his performance in Boston Legal. (edit) William stars in one ad in a series of television commercials for the hit online role-playing game World of Warcraft. The ads are currently airing as of November 2007. (edit) William provided the voiceover for the Captain Kirk character in the 2006 video game Star Trek: Legacy, which was released on the PC and Xbox 360 platforms. The ad is one in a series of commercials based on well-known movies where an actor breaks out of character and addresses the audience directly while the rest of the scene continues as originally filmed. William: (after finding out he was not included in the 2008 "Star Trek" film) How could you not put one of the founding figures into a movie that was being resurrected? And I believe in priceline.com, where you never have to pay full price for airline tickets, hotels, and car rentals! I've appeared onstage at Stratford, at Carnegie Hall, Albert Hall, and the Monkland Theatre in NDG. And, yes, I've gone where no man has gone before, but...
