Riven also attends Redfountain and he is the bad boy of the group- for most of the first season he dated Darcy and was under her spell until she turned on him and he realized his mistake. He and Musa eventually ended up dating. Timmy is the brainiac of the group and their major strategist. He was secretly crushing on Tecna for a while, until they both came out and admitted their feelings for each other and ended up dating. Helia is the dreamer and the artist of the group. He first appeared in Season 2, and started out going to an art school before he gave up pacifism and transferred to Red Fountain. He loves Flora very much and their personalities mesh well together. The Trix: The Trix or the Senior Witches are Icy, Darcy and Stormy, descendants of the evil Witches coven that destroyed Sparx. They are bitter about their lack of power and are always trying to get more- first by attempting to steal the Dragonfire and then by teaming up with Darkar and later Baltor. Icy is the leader and strongest of the three and is the favorite of Darkar and Baltor. Her power takes the form of ice. Darcy's is usually hypnotism and illusions whereas Stormy's power takes the form of malicious weather like tornadoes and lightning. We are the Winx! Winx Club is one of the best shows there is! I love all the girls and my favorites are Layla and Flora. Although the show mostly centers around Bloom, the other girls have gotten the spotlight. All six girls are very beautiful (with Flora being the prettiest) and their boyfriends are adorable as well (Helia gets first place for that). I'm glad there aren't any male fairies. That would be too weird. But Layla's boyfriend, Nabu, does have magical abilities. The girls also dress very nicely and their outfits are perfect for them. What I like most is that each girl has something unique about her and if even one of the girls were to leave, Winx Club wouldn't be the same. Winx Club isn't just a show about six girls battling evil. It's also a show about the beautiful friendship between six girls and how they can accomplish anything together. I also like the pixies (my favorite is Piff. She's too cute!) and of course, there's Bloom's little bunny, Kiko. Winx Club also teaches a few morals, mostly that if you believe in yourself, you can do whatever you set your mind to (which is often shown in Bloom). A few other morals are that cheating is bad (Pushing the Envelope) and be considerate of others' feelings (Junior League)
Winx Club is a wonderful show and I hope the 4th season will come out on 4kids. And if it doesn't, at least there's the Rai English version.

Don't get me wrong- Winx Club has some potential it's just that Iginio Straffi kept it cliche- there is a lack of male fairies, warlocks and female heroines.
First of all- why don't the main males (perhaps with the exception of some who come later in the series) have any magic abilites, why are they totally reliant on their weapons? Is this some kind of strange view on males?
I don't mind that the girls are wearing skimpy outfits. Thus is the freedom of the world we live in, where girls can choose to be as naughty as they wish. But a whole school of fairies where only 6 actually fight and defend the world? The bells of nonsense ring. It's like they're training all the other girls for NOTHING! Weird.
Also, there was only one 'non-evil' witch, Mirta (or Myrta). And the names of the fairies- more predictable than 'the sun will rise tomorrow.' Except for Layla, but Layla is Amharic for 'the other' so that may be tied in this way. Also, Bloom takes up most of the attention, er!
And the story could run a lot deeper. Hence the reason I gave it a 4, because I think the characters are kinda cute (but a little sterile) and I think the outfits are quite creative (but the men are dressed all the same! Poor guys, having to wear uniform while the girls go in mufti)

This show is horrible.. Why you boys and girls like this show. I really hate this shows. Because there's no boy part just full of girl part and it is also full of romance plot, where's the action part, just full of sitcoms and stuff. Sorry for the offense...Anyways.... Winx Club is actually an Italian cartoon show although I never watch the original dub.
The English dub its so annoying and the voice acting is terrible and also plot of the episodes.... I can't even understand what is this all about.
The 4kids dub on this was even worse, they making stupid edits for money. That's all I got.

The way the couples are into each other is older but the fact that this is bording school and that they stilll consult there parents..... wait i just remembered that i read something, a chararcter bio on each of them and they are the high school age. so not that is matters but the summary at the begining is wrong, and it is only slightly botheering me and confused me for a moment. ..

When Bloom saves a fairy called stella from an ogre, she travels to Alfea school to learn to be a fairy.
Together they meet Flora, Musa, Tecna, and layla, while along the way the "Winx Club" find their winx, acheive their Charmix and Gain their Enchantix.
But trouble lurks as the evil witches and their leaders.
In the first season, the girls fight the witches who steal bloom's power, the Dragonfire. Together with the help of the Specialists, bloom and the girls get it back and Defeat icy, darcy and stormy.
In the second season, Lord darkar teams up with the witches to get into the forbidden realm of relix and unleash the ultimate power. In the third season, once again the witches return to reak havoc, and this time with an evil wizard named baltor, who wants to be the greatest wizard in the Universe.
A thrilling televison show for those young and old!
