Eating AwayEpisode Number: 107 Season Num: 5 First Aired: Sunday January 14, 2007 Prod Code: n/a |
Barry Rosen goes missing shortly after being poisoned with bleach in a chili eating contest. While investigating Barry's disappearance, the team soon learns that he had been approached to throw the eating contest, and also that he had been spending a lot of time with a local prostitute in an effort to learn how to act around women. Danny is caught in the middle when Carlos asks him for a letter of reference in an upcoming custody review, and Elena informs him that Carlos is actually suing her for sole custody of Sofie. Danny warns Carlos that he is not going to be caught in the middle.

Elena Delgado: What are you still doing here?
Danny Taylor: I wanted to talk to you.
Elena Delgado: About what?
Danny Taylor: Well, I told Carlos that I wasn't going to be able help him.
Elena Delgado: Wow, thank you.
Danny Taylor: And I also wanted to tell you that if you and Sofie need anything I wanna help. You want me to write a letter, I'll do it. Want me to mail it, stamp.
Elena Delgado: Well that might be hypocritical after I told you to, (sigh) I don't know Danny, just keep, just stay out of it, you know.
Danny Taylor: I don't want to stay out of it.
Elena Delgado: Why not? (Danny kisses Elena) (edit) Danny Taylor (holding up his phone): You had me til the very end.
Elena Delgado: What?
Danny Taylor: What does T-T-Y-L mean?
Elena Delgado: Talk to you later.
Danny Taylor: Oh.
Elena Delgado (laughs): I learned it from Sofie.
Danny Taylor: She's seven!
Elena Delgado: You want to know who taught it to her?
Danny Taylor: Who?
Elena Delgado: My mom. (edit) Samantha Spade: If it was self-defense, why'd you run?
Ivy Morris: I've seen what they do to wives who fight back. They go to jail. Think anyone cares about a prostitute? (edit)
