A mamodo who's in love with Zatch comes to Kiyo's school in search of him. When she comes face to face with Zatch, he can't remember her. She swears that she will never forgive him and will burn his book. At Kiyo's school, she challenges Kiyo and Zatch to a battle.

penny and her partner make their way to zatch and kiyo. penny is in love with zatch bell. penny is a girl from the mamodo world. but then zatch said that he does not know her and he does not love her. so penny got mad a attacks. penny looks like a witch when she is mad. all i got to say to zatch is that pay back is a B%$#@. but zatch u are funny. penny get over it zatch does not like u.

Me and my cousin watched this episode, and when she spoke in that freaky voice and when her entire face change, i thought"Okay, you do Not want to mess with her." She was scary! I would'nt want to be her boyfriend! It was a good episode, especailly the part where she freaked me out with her scary vioce and face, and i liked how kiyo tied up vulcan 30000 to the cieling oif his room. i think its funny whenever kiyo does that.

I can't say that this was one of my favorite Zatch Bell episodes. There was hardly any REAL action in it (i.e., fighting) and for half of the show, we simply see Penny obsess over Zatch. On top of that, Penny is extremely annoying. The scenes with Kiyo and his classmates competing for food were kind of cute, but not the most entertaining. And then when Kiyo tries to ease Penny's tension over Zatch forgetting her, Zatch has to be careless and mess everything up by saying he only forgot Penny. That was kind of nerve-wracking. Hopefully in the next episode there will be more suspense and excitement. Don't get me wrong, though, I enjoy the series, just not this particular episode.
